On September 25, 2014, an accident involving a Boeing 737-700, registration PR-GOR, took place in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The Aeronautical Accident Investigation and Prevention Center (CENIPA) of Brazil notified the NTSB of the occurrence.
As the State of Manufacturer and Design, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the CENIPA investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. There were no fatalities or injuries reported in the initial notification.
