Incident Notification
The Civil Aviation Department (CAD) of Hong Kong has informed the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Gulfstream GV-SP G550 aircraft. The event occurred on January 13, 2015.
Investigation Arrangements
In response, the NTSB has designated a U.S. Accredited Representative to collaborate with the CAD of Hong Kong in the investigation. This cooperation follows the provisions of Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO Annex 13), under which the United States acts as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
Information Release
The CAD of Hong Kong will be responsible for releasing all investigative information pertaining to this incident.
