On March 19, 2015, at approximately 20:38 local time, a Beech Model B90 King Air, registered in Argentina as LV-CEO, struck the water of Laguna del Sauce near Punta del Este, Uruguay. The airplane was destroyed by the impact and a subsequent fire. The two pilots and eight passengers sustained fatal injuries.
