What happened
On March 21, 2015, at approximately 10:30 local time, a Sikorsky S-76C+ helicopter, registration PK-FUP, performed an emergency landing near East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The aircraft was en route to an offshore oil platform at the time of the event. The landing resulted in substantial damage to the helicopter.
There were 7 total injuries resulting from the accident: the two pilots sustained 2 serious injuries, and five passengers sustained 5 minor injuries. No fatalities were reported.
