Accident Overview
On November 10, 2015, at 2030 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a Cessna 650 Citation VII, Brazilian registration PT-WQH, operated by a private owner, was destroyed following an in-flight loss of control and collision with terrain. The accident occurred near the municipality of Guarda-mor, Brazil.
Flight and Aircraft
The aircraft departed from Brasília, Brazil (SBBR) and was destined for São Paulo, Brazil (SBSP). The flight was manned by two crewmembers and carried two passengers. All four occupants sustained fatal injuries.

An investigation into the accident has been initiated by the government of Brazil.
