What happened
On March 25, 2016, at approximately 0345 UTC, a Bombardier Global Express BD-700-1A10, registration N683GA, was taxiing at the Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town, Cayman Islands. During the taxi, the aircraft produced a jet blast that impacted an unoccupied Saab 340B (registration VP-CKI).
The force of the blast caused the Saab 340B to contact ground equipment. The impact resulted in damage to the aircraft's left propeller, left engine spinner, and left underwing. The aircraft N683GA sustained no damage during the event. There were no injuries reported.
