Accident Notification
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Beechcraft 1900D that occurred on April 20, 2016.
International Cooperation
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the TSB investigation. The NTSB serves as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
Investigation Lead
All investigative information related to the accident will be released by the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, which is leading the investigation.
