Accident Details
On November 23, 2016, at approximately 2000 coordinated universal time, a Cessna TU206G aircraft, Colombian registration HK2659, was substantially damaged during a forced landing near Vanguardia Airport (SKVV) in Colombia. The flight had originated from La Macarena Airport (SKNA) in La Macarena, Colombia, and was destined for SKJU.

Injuries
The Colombian certificated pilot and two of the passengers were uninjured. One passenger sustained serious injuries, and one of the passengers was fatally injured.
