What happened
On December 23, 2016, at approximately 1830 UTC, a Beech 58, registered as PT-ICU, crashed into wooded terrain while on approach to Tabatinga International Airport (SBTT) in Tabatinga, Amazonas, Brazil.
The aircraft had departed from Tefe Airport (SBTF) prior to the accident. The impact resulted in 3 fatal injuries to the two foreign certificated pilots and one passenger, while one passenger sustained minor injuries.
