The government of Venezuela notified the NTSB of an accident involving a BEECH 58, registration YV-1513, which took place on January 28, 2017, in Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela. The accident resulted in 6 fatalities.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Venezuelan authorities with their investigation. All investigative details are to be released by the government of Venezuela.
