Accident Notification
The government of Sweden has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a PIPER L4 airplane. The accident occurred on October 14, 2018, in Sweden. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13 provisions, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Sweden's investigation.
Investigation Details
All investigative information will be released by the government of Sweden. The investigation is being conducted by the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority (SHK). The Investigator-in-Charge is Johan Nikolaou. Further inquiries may be directed to SHK at their Stockholm office.
