Accident Overview
On June 25, 2017, at 1200 Coordinated Universal Time, a Piper L4 aircraft, registration OM-M038, impacted terrain after departing from Hodkovice Airport (LKHD) in the Liberecký region of the Czech Republic. The aircraft was destroyed. The pilot sustained serious injuries, while the passenger sustained fatal injuries.
