Peruvian Aviation Authority Notifies NTSB of 2018 Boeing 737 Accident

Notification and Investigation Role The Civil Aeronautics Board of Peru (CIAA) informed the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Boeing 737 aircraft that occurred on November 5, 2018. ## U.S. Participation In accordance with ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAA of Peru with its investigation.
