The government of Bolivia reported an accident involving an amateur-built STEEN Skybolt, registration CP-X3109, which occurred on July 13, 2019, in Enconada, Bolivia. The accident resulted in 2 fatalities.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Bolivian government with the investigation. All investigative details are being released by the government of Bolivia.
