On August 20, 2019, an Agusta A-109C helicopter, registration SX-HTO, was involved in an accident in Poros, Greece. The accident resulted in 3 fatal injuries.
What happened
Following the occurrence of the accident, the government of the Hellenic Republic notified the NTSB. The investigation is being conducted by the Greek authorities under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, with a U.S. Accredited Representative appointed to assist.
