What happened
During a scheduled test flight following recent maintenance work, a twin engine aircraft experienced a catastrophic loss of control. The flight departed from Trondheim-Værnes Airport and had reached an altitude of approximately 80 meters during its initial climb phase.
While ascending, the aircraft entered a right bank before diving into a snow-covered field. The impact resulted in the total destruction of the airframe. There were three fatalities among the occupants, which included the pilot and two passengers.
Findings
No specific technical malfunctions were detailed in the initial report; however, the sequence of events indicates that the aircraft's descent into the ground occurred immediately following a sudden banking maneuver during the climb.
