Incident Overview During a final approach to Mineralnye Vody Airport, an aircraft experienced an unintended activation of its thrust reverser system while at a height of 200 meters. This error caused the aircraft to lose altitude, resulting in a crash landing in a field approximately 2 kilometers short of the runway 12 threshold, near the suburb of Kangly.
