What happened
A routine flight departing from Pie de la Cuesta Air Force Base ended in a fatal accident during its initial climb. The aircraft was en route to Santa Lucia Air Force Base, located near Mexico City, when the incident occurred.
Only a few minutes after leaving the runway, the aircraft experienced a loss of control. The flight path deviated significantly, leading to an impact with the ocean surface approximately 9 km southeast of the departure airfield. The crash resulted in four fatalities, with all crew members on board losing their lives.
