What happened
During a routine training flight, a twin engine airplane encountered an obstacle while in operation. The aircraft collided with high tension cables, which caused it to lose control and descend rapidly. The plane ultimately crashed into a nearby field. There were no survivors in the incident, as all four individuals on board lost their lives.
The crew consisted of four military personnel assigned to the 3rd AOS. The flight team included the pilot, an observer, a wireless operator, and an air gunner. All members of this specific crew complement were killed in the accident.
