What happened
The incident took place while the crew was conducting a local training exercise at RAF Mona. During the final approach phase, the aircraft initiated an overshoot maneuver. While executing this procedure, it collided with another aircraft, identified as an RAF Blackburn B-26 Botha registered L6373, which was also on approach to land.
