Incident
The flight, which originated from Porto Velho, encountered unknown technical issues during the journey. The crew declared an emergency and attempted to land but the aircraft crash landed on an embankment adjacent to road BR-364 in Extrema, a town in western Rondônia. After the impact, a fire engulfed the aircraft, leading to its total destruction.

All individuals on board evacuated the aircraft without reported injuries. The passenger list included Federal Deputy Maurício Carvalho, City Councilor Márcio Pacele, and their advisors, who were en route from Porto Velho.
