What happened
The flight began its journey without any reported mechanical issues or operational irregularities. Throughout the initial stages of the trip, the crew maintained consistent communication via radio and remained visible on radar tracking systems. However, the aircraft failed to reach its intended destination.
After passing over Lake Erie, all contact with the aircraft was lost. Subsequent search efforts resulted in the discovery of a single piece of floor paneling, measuring approximately 3 feet by 4 feet. Additionally, two smaller fragments of debris were recovered from the area. These pieces are believed to be remnants of C-FFLC, an unidentified aircraft type. At this time, the exact location of the main wreckage remains unconfirmed, and the aircraft is presumed to have impacted the surface of Lake Erie.
Findings
Investigators have not yet established a definitive reason for the disappearance. The official investigation into the loss of the aircraft has concluded that the reason for the occurrence is undetermined.
