What happened

On 10 October 1998, at approximately 15:40 UTC, a Boeing 737-400, registration TC-JEI, was stationary at London Heathrow Airport. While the aircraft was parked, a baggage truck performing reversing manoeuvres made contact with the aircraft, resulting in minor damage to the right wingtip.
