What happened
During an aerial firefighting operation in the vicinity of Diliso, located on Evia Island, a water bomber was part of a larger coordinated mission. The fleet involved in the effort included two helicopters and four additional water bombers. As the aircraft was maneuvering toward the active fire zone, it made contact with the terrain. The impact resulted in a crash that caused the death of both occupants on board.
