What happened
Following a departure from Porto Trombetas Airport, the aircraft experienced mechanical issues related to its engine. In response to these complications, the pilot attempted to perform an emergency landing. During this maneuver, the aircraft type crashed into a densely wooded area, which resulted in the total destruction of the plane.
The flight was operating as a mission to deliver dental medical services to the community of Ayaramã. The occupants of the flight included the pilot, a dentist, a dental assistant, a nurse, and a staff member from the Brazilian Institute for Geography and Statistics. The accident resulted in one fatality and four injuries.
