What happened
The flight originated at Blytheville, Arkansas, with a destination of Fulton, Kentucky. The aircraft was carrying one pilot and three passengers when it departed for the short cross-state journey. During the final approach phase to Fulton Airport (1M7), the twin-engine airplane lost control and impacted the ground. The crash site was located in a cornfield approximately 3 kilometers northwest of the threshold of runway 09.
Following the impact, all four individuals on board sustained injuries. Medical reports indicated that two of the occupants were seriously hurt, while the others suffered less severe trauma. The structural integrity of the airframe was compromised significantly by the collision, rendering the aircraft damaged beyond repair.
