What happened
During a flight proceeding from Beira toward Maputo, the crew encountered a critical shortage of fuel. This depletion necessitated an unplanned emergency descent and landing within the vicinity of Lagoa Pati.
While the aircraft sustained significant damage and was subsequently declared a total loss, there were no casualties reported among those on board. The five individuals present during the incident escaped without any injuries.
