What happened
During an approach to Hanoi-Gia Lâm Airport, an aircraft engaged in a cargo mission experienced a loss of control. The plane crashed approximately five kilometers southeast of the airfield. At the time of the accident, the flight was transporting a payload consisting of empty oil drums.
The impact resulted in the total destruction of the aircraft. There were three fatalities among the crew members on board, with no survivors reported from the flight crew.
