What happened
During a flight near the Salto Angel region, the crew encountered circumstances that necessitated an unplanned emergency descent. While attempting to land the aircraft safely, the pilot guided the plane into a prairie area.
Upon impact with the terrain, the aircraft sustained extensive damage. The structural integrity of the airframe was compromised to such an extent that the vessel was declared a total loss and rendered beyond repair. Despite the severity of the landing, there were no fatalities or injuries reported among those on board.
