Accident

A twin-engine aircraft operating a cargo flight from Salvador to Guanambi experienced a dual engine power loss on final approach to Guanambi Airport. The flight had been airborne for 1 hour and 42 minutes. The aircraft was carrying one passenger, two pilots, and a load of briefcases containing valuables. Following the loss of power, the crew lost control of the aircraft, and it crashed a few hundred meters short of the runway. All three occupants were killed.
