What happened

During an agricultural spraying operation in the Desa Lerely region of Papua, a solo pilot was conducting missions over a palm tree plantation. After completing ten individual sorties, the pilot returned to the Desa Lereh Aerodrome to reload the aircraft with 1,300 kilograms of fertilizer.

Upon departing the airfield, the pilot attempted to execute a left-hand turn. During this maneuver, the left wing of the aircraft type struck trees, resulting in a crash approximately 4 km from the aerodrome. The impact caused the total destruction of the aircraft. There was one fatality involving the pilot, who was the only person on board.
