What happened
During an approach to Putao Airport, the flight crew performed a low altitude pass over the runway rather than completing a standard landing sequence. During this maneuver, the aircraft entered a right bank and subsequently crashed at a location roughly 1.5 kilometers past the end of the runway.
There were no survivors in the accident. The crash resulted in four fatalities among the occupants of the aircraft.
