On 27 August 2017, a Cessna U206F (8R-GFM) operated by Air Services Limited crashed while flying from Chi-Chi Airstrip to Mahdia Airstrip, Guyana. The pilot, the sole occupant, was killed and the aircraft was destroyed.

History of the Flight
