What happened
During a local training mission, a twin engine aircraft experienced a critical loss of altitude immediately following liftoff. While performing the initial climb phase, the aircraft entered a stall condition, leading to a crash in the vicinity of the runway. The impact caused the airframe to burst into flames.
There were no passengers on board at the time of the accident. The incident resulted in four fatalities, as all members of the crew perished in the crash.
Findings
Investigations into the accident determined that the aircraft suffered an engine failure for reasons that remain unidentified. This mechanical failure led to a loss of control during the climb, which subsequently triggered the stall and subsequent impact.
