What happened
On the date of the accident, an aircraft departed from Matupá Airport and began its initial climb. During this ascent phase, the aircraft experienced a loss of control. The plane subsequently impacted an eucalyptus plantation, where a significant explosion occurred.
The force of the impact and the resulting post-crash fire caused the total destruction of the aircraft. There were two fatalities recorded as a result of the accident, involving both individuals on board.
Findings
Following the crash, it was determined that the aircraft became uncontrollable during the climb, leading to the impact and subsequent fire that destroyed the wreckage.
