What happened
The incident occurred immediately following departure from Broome Airfield. During the initial climb phase of flight, the aircraft experienced a stall. This loss of lift caused the plane to descend rapidly and impact the ground in a mangrove area situated along Roebuck Creek, which is located in close proximity to the airport.
Upon impact, the structure of the aircraft sustained significant damage, resulting in it being declared a total loss or written off. The accident resulted in injuries for the personnel on board. Specifically, all three crew members were involved in the crash and suffered slight injuries as a result of the event.
