What happened
The incident occurred immediately following departure from the runway. As the aircraft entered the initial climb phase, a critical mechanical failure manifested when both engines ceased functioning. The loss of thrust caused the airframe to lose altitude rapidly, leading to an aerodynamic stall. Unable to recover control or regain sufficient speed, the machine impacted the ground in close proximity to the end of the runway.
The crash was fatal for everyone on board. All eight occupants perished in the accident. There were no survivors reported from the event.
Findings
Investigations into the root cause of the dual engine failure pointed toward issues with the fuel supply system. Official findings indicate that fuel contamination is believed to be the primary factor responsible for the simultaneous loss of power in both engines, which ultimately led to the fatal outcome.
