What happened
During an approach to the airport in Shiraz, an aircraft collided with a mountain. The incident occurred while the flight was operating in adverse meteorological conditions. The impact of the collision caused the plane to crash, leaving no possibility of survival for those on board.
All nine fatalities were recorded following the accident. There were no survivors among the occupants of the aircraft at the time of the impact.
