What happened
Upon completing the landing phase at Biak Airport, the flight crew encountered operational difficulties while on the ground. During the rollout, the aircraft type became uncontrollable and veered away from the active runway surface. The movement continued until the plane came to a stop within a nearby ditch.
While the incident resulted in the aircraft being declared a total loss due to damage sustained during the excursion, there were zero fatalities or injuries reported among those on board.
