On June 10, 2025, an An-2 operated by OOO "Aviakompaniya "MiAn" was conducting a scheduled flight to inspect thermal point 4 K-750 for forest fire monitoring. The flight was part of a contract with the "Yakut Forestry Aviation Protection Base" for aviation services in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
The crew, consisting of a captain, second pilot, flight observer, and aircraft technician, arrived at the Tepliy Klyuch airfield around 10:00 AM. Following pre-flight medical examinations and meteorological updates, the aircraft, registration RA-81532, was prepared for departure. The aircraft was loaded with 700 liters of B-91/115 aviation gasoline and 350 kg of cargo.
Prior to the flight, the aircraft's weight was approximately 4620 kg, with a center of gravity at 25.7% MAC, which was within the permitted limits. The flight plan for airspace classes G and C had been approved by Air Traffic Control.
During the flight, the aircraft experienced a power plant failure, necessitating a forced landing on an unprepared site approximately 24 km northwest of the Tepliy Klyuch settlement. No injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.
