What happened
During an en route flight phase, the pilot experienced a mechanical malfunction that led to a loss of control. The specific incident involved an engine failure which compromised the aircraft's ability to maintain stable flight parameters. As a result of this mechanical issue, the pilot was unable to regain command of the airframe. The situation escalated rapidly, leading to the destruction of the aircraft upon impact with the ground. Tragically, the sole occupant, identified as the pilot, did not survive the accident and was killed in the crash.
Findings
The official investigation concluded that the primary factor contributing to the loss of the aircraft was the mechanical failure of the engine. This technical defect directly caused the subsequent loss of control, which ultimately resulted in the fatal collision.
