What happened
Following the completion of a crop-spraying operation over forested terrain, the crew permitted passengers to board the aircraft for a flight toward Soligalich. Shortly after departure at approximately 10:15 local time, the flight encountered deteriorating weather conditions characterized by heavy rain, haze, and low cloud cover. While operating at an altitude of roughly 285 meters, the aircraft type struck the tops of trees before crashing within a wooded region. The accident resulted in five fatalities, with no survivors among the occupants.
Findings
Investigations into the crash revealed that the crew had permitted passengers to board the flight without receiving the necessary prior authorization. Furthermore, it was determined that the pilots were operating under the influence of alcohol following consumption the previous evening. Laboratory analysis confirmed that the captain had a blood alcohol concentration of 1.16‰, while the co-pilot's level was measured at 0.75‰.
