Incident Overview
A single-engine aircraft operating a scheduled passenger service from Shoyna Airport to Arkhangelsk-Vaskovo Airport experienced a loss of control during takeoff. The aircraft, carrying eight passengers and two pilots, began to bank to the right immediately after liftoff. This caused the right lower wing to strike the ground, resulting in the detachment of the right main landing gear.
Sequence of Events
Following the wing strike, the aircraft became uncontrollable and veered off the runway, coming to rest on a grassy area adjacent to the airport. Emergency services responded to the scene. All ten occupants were rescued, with three individuals sustaining slight injuries. The aircraft itself suffered damage beyond repair.

Investigators believe that the crew encountered strong crosswinds during the takeoff roll, which may have contributed to the loss of directional control.
