Accident Overview
On an unspecified date, a twin-engine aircraft operating a special flight from Dushanbe to Lyakhsh on behalf of the Tajik Civil Aviation Department was damaged beyond repair after an unstabilized approach resulted in impact with terrain short of the runway.
Accident Details
The crew continued the approach at an insufficient altitude. For unknown reasons, the unstabilized aircraft struck the ground 210 metres short of the runway threshold and 50 metres to the right of the extended centerline. Upon impact, the undercarriage were torn off, and the aircraft came to rest.
Occupant Outcome
All 13 occupants of the aircraft evacuated without injury.

The aircraft sustained damage beyond economical repair.
