What happened
During the course of flight, the aircraft's engine ceased functioning properly. This mechanical malfunction forced the crew to initiate emergency procedures to manage the descent. While attempting to execute an emergency landing following the loss of power, the aircraft impacted a wooded area situated in the vicinity of Czarna Dąbrówska.
Despite the impact in the forested terrain, all 11 people on board were successfully recovered from the wreckage. There were no reported fatalities among the occupants during the incident.
Findings
Investigations into the crash determined that the primary factor was an engine failure occurring while the aircraft was airborne. The specific underlying reason for the loss of engine power remains undetermined.
