What happened

During a flight traveling from Nazimovo toward Yeniseysk, the aircraft experienced a sudden loss of engine power. This failure occurred while the plane was maintaining an altitude of approximately 150 meters above the terrain. In response to the loss of propulsion, the crew attempted an emergency landing in a forested area situated roughly 40 kilometers northwest of Yeniseysk.

During the descent, the aircraft struck several trees, which resulted in a crash and subsequent intense fire that completely destroyed the airframe. The accident resulted in 2 fatalities, including the pilot and one passenger. Of the remaining occupants, 12 individuals sustained injuries, with three of those injuries classified as serious.
