What happened

During a positioning flight traveling from Tula toward Moscow-Bykovo, an aircraft was performing a leg between Tula and Novomoskovsk when the crew encountered an unforeseen emergency. In an effort to manage the situation, the pilots attempted to perform an emergency landing in an open field located near Ogaryovka within the Uzlovaya district of the Tula region.

During this maneuver, the aircraft lost controllability. While traveling at a speed of 140 km/h, the single-engine airplane descended from an altitude of approximately 50 to 70 meters and struck the ground. The impact resulted in the total destruction of the airframe. There were two fatalities among the crew members on board.
