What happened

During the initial climb phase following departure from Urai Airstrip, the aircraft's engine suffered a complete loss of power. While maintaining an altitude of approximately 10 metres, the loss of propulsion caused the aircraft to descend rapidly. The flight path ended when the plane impacted a swampy, wooded region situated roughly 900 metres from the takeoff site.

Upon impact, the aircraft was traveling at a speed of 60 km/h and subsequently caught fire. The accident resulted in one fatality among the occupants, while the remaining 12 passengers and crew sustained various injuries.
