Incident Overview
An aircraft operating a flight from Tijuana experienced a runway excursion upon landing at Mexicali-General Rodolfo Sanchez Taboada Airport. The aircraft, carrying dual registrations XC-PFN (civil) and PF-213 (military), touched down too far along runway 28, leaving insufficient distance to stop.

Occupants and Damage
All six occupants aboard the aircraft evacuated without injury. The aircraft sustained damage beyond economical repair, resulting in its total loss.
Aircraft Information
The aircraft bore both a civil registration (XC-PFN) and a military registration (PF-213), indicating dual-use status.
