What happened
The incident occurred immediately following departure from Dudinka Airport. During the initial climb phase, the aircraft reached an altitude of approximately 40 meters before entering a stall. The plane subsequently impacted the right bank of the Yenisei River, coming to rest roughly 180 meters beyond the end of the runway.
The accident resulted in one fatality and three injuries. The pilot was killed in the crash, while the three other occupants sustained non-fatal injuries.
Findings
Investigations into the event concluded that the loss of control stemmed from errors committed by the pilot in command. A key contributing factor identified was the insufficient experience of the captain on the Siebel Si-204 type.
